"I've been doing buisness with Tom for more than a decade. He and his staff have continually gone out of their way to offer stellar service. Everything from accidents to road side service, I know if I call, I will be met with concern and honest help. I can't say that about a lot of insurance providers. I'm lifetime loyal to them"

"I have been a State Farm customer for decades and with Tom Maack since 2011. They are always upfront and helpful with any claims I have filed with them. I have had two claims where third parties rear ended my vehicles and left the scene (i.e. Hit and Run) and in both cases, my vehicles were repaired, and State Farm represented my case in court."

"Was looking at a monthly price increase of over 500$ per another insurance agency. Thankfully had a co worker recommend his new agent John. John made the process of switching home and auto simple and easy I was able to literally switch everything over by using my phone. "I’ve had State Farm coverage for nearly two decades, this will be the first agent I’ve dropped my coverage with. It feels like I have to chase them down to add coverage. I called them a week ago to add coverage, and was told they would follow up on Monday. It is now Saturday of the next week, and there has been no follow up. No call, no email, no response to the text they asked me to send. This has now happened twice with them. It’s been over a decade since I’ve filed a claim, but their lack of interest in assisting me with coverage makes me question their response if I was in a time of need. Hopefully others have more success with them, but I have no interest in continuing my coverage through this agency and am in the process of transferring my policies."
