"Fast, efficient, informative, great attitude all around at this location. Before going to State Farm and getting helped by Sam, I was thinking I couldn't afford a new truck based on a quote I got from Farmers Insurance with CHS's company discount ($346 per MONTH for full coverage with a $500 deductible, on top of monthly payments as I was going to finance it). Not too much of a deal, more like a scam. My parents recommended me to this office, and I'm forever grateful for it. While here, I got a policy in place for the new truck (full coverage, $500 deductible), my home, AND even a 20 year life insurance policy for less per month than Farmers quoted me for just the truck. "I called and wanted to talk to this guy about insurance ,my situation ,getting a quote, and seeing what my options were,and what this guy could do for me. Right away this guy was totally rude,and honestly was being a smart alec, and was belittling me. I was surprised and blown away that a guy like himself would say,and act like that towards me,like how he did. I wasn’t aware and really don’t know if I did,or said something to the guy or what. I don’t think I did,yet there had to be a reason why I definitely wasn’t pleased and this is why I am writing this review and my experience with him.
